Hello Lisa really glad it helped, it always annoys me that so many pre packed soups have dairy in, but I always keep my eye out for ones that don't as you never know. The tomato based ones tend to be the ones that are more suitable. Let us know if you find any that are suitable for you too.

Hello Beth, glad you found us and really happy it helped.

In theory all the Supermarkets sell it, but you can only normally find it in the bigger ones as its such a specialty product. I normally get mine in Asda (http://bit.ly/AmbbUt)

An amazing ship in London is <a href="http://www.fussyfoodie.co.uk/foodie/3006/planet-organic/" title="Planet Organic"/ rel="nofollow">Planet Organic</a>, literally a reason to move to London it's so fantastic. I live in Warwickshire but whenever I visit I take a trip.

Hello Sue. I suffered from Candida previously, took me a long time to shift it and I still have to be really careful what I eat but my body is much less sensitive.

Nuts are considered "mouldy", so really you should avoid any nuts - that's what I was advised by a specialist. Also if you are just starting out and trying to avoid sugar having Agave can hinder getting off sugar as it still gives you that sweet taste. So depending where you are in the process you might be best to avoid.

One option that I used to have was this <a href="http://www.fussyfoodie.co.uk/foodie/247/free-from-lemon-mousse-cake/"/ rel="nofollow">Lemon Mousse Cake</a>, it does have dates in to sweeten but in very low volume, so good as a treat and I really like it.

Let us know how you get on

Hello Leonie you can use plain flour it just might not taste as nice as spelt has more depth of flavor. Let us know how you get on.
