I have suffered from an unsettled digestive system for as long as I could remember, so in 2002 I decided to take action!!! Through a process of elimination I identified the culprit for my ‘poppy’ & painful tummy to be lactose. At the time this felt like a real blow as I could only see life without all the stuff I love – cereal covered in cold milk in the mornings, no more pizza or ice cream.

Over the years I have accepted living with food intolerances and now get a real buzz out of finding new foods I can eat and testing new recipes.
Here on FussyFoodie I enjoy helping other foodies striving to find the right foods for optimum health sharing recipes, food intolerance stories and more.
