3 years ago I started to suffer from digestive problems and fatigue. At the time I didn’t really give the food I was putting into my body a thought until I managed to pin down that it was dairy products and yeast I was reacting to. Coupled with an excess bad bacteria in my stomach, probably caused by a not so healthly diet previously.

Learning about what the right food is for MY body, although daunting at first is so important and has opened up a whole new foodie world.
I now realise it is an exciting way of eating and lifestyle – one that will in time give you a new confidence and outlook – and help make you feel great!
