Information from Oatly Website... "Oats provide low GI carbohydrates so they can therefore help to control blood glucose levels by reducing post-meal rises in blood glucose levels and providing a steady release of energy. Increased blood sugar levels are believed to be linked with a number of health problems."

Does anyone know if Oatly is Low GI? I have been experimenting with reducing my dairy intake because dairy seems to give me acne. However about twelve months ago I started a Low GI diet. I have tried googling 'Oat Milk/Oatly GI' but have seen various contradictory information (nothing new there then!) So does anyone know whether Oatly is Low GI or not? I am using it on my Dorset Cereals muesli every morning and often have it on muesli at other times of the day for a snack or just heating it up a bit and having it as a warm drink, because I like the taste. Any help appreciated.

A very good recommendation by Miranda. I tried it last week and absolutely love it! It has quite a creamy texture which I actually quite like and it's great as a comforting hot drink. Oatly will definitely be taking a regular place in my fridge.
