Hi, I've just discovered a dairy and sugar free ice cream in Tesco, it's by Worthenshaw's, called Freedom, frozen dessert. It's made using Sweet Freedom which I've found is a good sugar alternative.

The ice cream is definatly best eaten in small batches and eaten straight away, as it can freeze really hard.

If the ice cream does freeze too hard just take out of the freezer for a few mins then put the required portion back in a food processor and pulse for a short while
