Airport’s are traditionally a Fussy Foodie nightmare and for most trips I am laden down with snacks and water. So last week was no exception when I packed my bags for 7 nights in Madeira and loaded my hand luggage with nuts, seeds, oats cakes you name it. However on getting to the aiport I found an amazing sugar free and no nasties drink, but happened to be very tasty, at Pret (of all places).

They have a small range of no nasties drinks, which have no sugar or hidden sugars from what I can see. They are topped up with grape juice so if you are avoiding fruit sugar then these are a no no. I tend to react to anything with a high natural sugar content but Prets no nasties drink went down a treat.
