When you are trying to avoid sugar, it can be difficult to find fruit-flavoured items that are safe to eat. This homemade fruit sauce is a really quick, Fussy Foodie friendly way to remedy this! All you need for this really easy recipe is a punnet of soft fruit and some agave nectar.
Simply put the fruit in a blender, add a good squeeze of agave nectar to taste and blend it up. It’s great added to plain soy yogurt or to add a fruity twist to your porridge in the morning.
For my easy fruit sauce I usually use raspberries or blueberries but I’m sure that it would work well with other fruits such as strawberries or blackcurrants!
