Vegan Coconut Ice Cream
Booja Booja Ice Cream does it again
The sun was shining down on me and the tub of vegan coconut ice cream from Booja Booja was crying out to me from my freezer. So obviously in the name of Fussy Foodie research I had to crack open the tub and try some.
It was a taste sensation as the taste of creamy coconut cream melted in my mouth, with tiny pieces of coconut to add some bite – loved it! How can something with so little in taste so great: Pure water from reverse osmosis, Agave Nectar, Cashew Nuts and Coconut.

I have now tried two Booja Booja Ice Cream varieties and the chocolate is still my favourite as I love the cocoa kick that it has.

Booja Booja have done it again with this vegan coconut ice cream, it’s a really summery taste one that I will be tasting again soon. In fact I am just holding off diving into the freezer now as I type this and it’s only 7:40am.

What can I say – WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW! This dairy free ice cream is incredible, so much so I treated myself to some for breakfast with fussy foodie friendly egg free pancakes – heaven! Thank you Miranda for finding it, thank you Goodness Direct for selling it and THANK YOU Booja Booja for being so inspired to make it! You have made me a very happy lady.
Is it possible to be in love with an icecream? I purchased Booja Booja Coconut flavour last night from a Health Food Store called BeanFreaks, which is in Cardiff, Wales. They sell all of the flavours, which is handy, as I don’t have to pay the postage charges from Goodness Direct. I couldn’t wait to get home before trying this, so I sat on the train station platform waiting for my train to arrive eating this icecream from the tub with a plastic spoon!! Pure heaven – it is fantastic. I think, I will put a request in for my local Waitrose to start stocking it.
Phew it’s not just me thats Booja Booja crazy!
PS I think Booja Booja have a policy not to stock in Supermarkets, maybe they can make an exception for the lovely Waitrose.
