I just had an update from Dietary Specials about there new Gluten Free Shortcrust Pastry. Recently launched the pastry is a gluten-free & wheat-free all purpose shortcrust pastry.

The new gluten free shortcrust pastry hits supermarket shelves this month and will give coeliacs and people suffering from a wheat intolerance the chance to enjoy ready-made pastry for the first time.
