Today at the BBC Good Food Show I tasted the best gluten free sausages I have ever tried. Isn’t it great when you accidentally discover a delicious product that just happens to be allergy / intolerance – friendly. That’s what happened when I visited the Debbie and Andrew’s sausage stand.
Gluten Free Sausages are made of… “97% lean, tasty pork, herbs and spices – and just a little dash of Balsamic vinegar”
Debbie and Andrew’s produce a range of sausages, which they sell at lots of food shows, by mail order and in some supermarkets (£2.59 for 8). Their Harrogate 97% Pork saus ages(gluten free and dairy free) have been around for a while and from the reviews I have found it looks like I am not the only one to think they are the best gluten free sausages around. These have been so successful that they have recently launched two new gluten free sausages – Harrogate Chipolatas and Garden Herb Sausages and have secured a big distribution deal with Tesco.
