I am still recovering from my bout of pure pleasure after eating the Raw Chocolate Spread I purchased from Raw Intent – makers of some sublime products for those with food intolerances. Claire and I went to a Food Fair and whilst most stalls we had to stroll on by we happened upon Raw Intent with their amazing raw chocolate spread and other raw chocolate (cacao products).

The Raw Chocolate Spread is a definite treat in terms of £ and richness – but when you can’t eat chocolate or ice cream anymore this stuff is amazing.

I just ate mine from the jar (got a bit carried away), but you can spread on rye bread, add to yoghurts, combine in other recipes or just spread on an oat cake.
