I tweaked it a little to fit what I had in my cupboards - so I used cinnamon instead of ground ginger and used oatly instead of oil, and the result is spot on! The coconut give it a nice texture and the banana anc cocoa combination is obviously a classic. I sprinkled some sesame seeds on the top, plus a few shavings of our favourite willies, just for an extra special treat.
