Ginger tea
Posted on Mon Oct 2008 by MirandaSince eating out on Friday night my tummy has been a little poorly, I am really careful about what I eat but when you eat out some things just can’t be avoided. So fellow Fussy Foodie – Claire, suggested I try a fresh Ginger tea. Great idea as will keep my hands warm too as I work away at my desk and gives me a reason to go make some toasted rye bread with soya spread (yummy).
Ginger tea steps:
- Thinly slice some fresh ginger, I have done about half an inch of ginger but if you like it spicier just add more ginger.
- Add to a mug and fill with boiling water, steep for a few mins and then drink.
If you are used to fruit tea, then I think you will like this but it can take a few tries to get used to it.
Great idea on the Ginger tea Claire and I think I might feel better already but that could just be the toast!
